RAVEZ is a rising Band in Music History. Band has worked with efforts and with the hardness of time now they are successful. We talked to him recently about his work and interests and his social networking. Here are a few excerpts from the interview:
Q: How many members are there in your band?
Ans: We are 2 members, Ali Shazeem (Lead Vocalist) & Shaban Ehmad (Rhythm Guitarist).
Q: How did the band form?
Ans: It is a gift of ALLAH, which he introduced me to such a kind and talented person SHABAN EHMAD and then we make a good bond. This is how our band is formed.
Q: How do the new songs differ from your older material?
Ans: Because it’s more enhanced and much properly mixed with youth’s choice.
Q: Who are your musical inspirations?
Ans: There are many and different as we both have differed choices, but most commonly are: NOORI, JUNOON, STRINGS & NUSRAT FATEH ALI KHAN.
Q: What kind of music do you listen to today?
Ans: We both are much inspired by Rock, Pop & Semi Classic Genre.
Q: Where would you most like to perform?
Ans: We are fond to perform in Pakistan if your question is about international and national performing. Pakistan is best in performing amongst our people is really fun and encouraging.
Q: What is your focused genre?
Ans: Probably Rock, as it is going with the Era right now. And people love rock songs.
Q: If you could dabble in another genre of music, what would it be?
Ans: It would be Slow or may be Rap.
Q: Do you enjoy writing music and/or lyrics?
Ans: Yes, we both enjoy writing music and lyrics. Our all song is composed by us although lyrics too.
Q: What else can we expect from you in the future?
Ans: Some projects are pending and we are working on it, As soon they will get over you guys will come to know a new enhancement.
Q: Who are your favorite bands/singers?
Ans: NOORI BAND is one of our favourite of all because of its Sufism music and they pick up social going in their songs which touches our mind.
Q: Tell us about your friends how they re-act with you and your music, did they encourage you and help you out & how much they are supporting, if possible so mention their names.
Ans: Yes, our friends are very helpful, encouraging & supporting in all aspects, and yeah we’ll proudly tell you their names, we would like to thank:  FALAK SHABBIR, ALI NOOR, ALI HAMZA, NOMAN KHAN, TAHIR PASHA, JAWAD ABBAS, JUNAID KHAN, AZEEM SAJJAD and AFTAB KHAN.
Q: How often and for how long do you practice?
Ans: We go so busy all the time, but practice make men perfect so usually we sit together and practice not only old songs but new compositions too.
Q: How do you balance your music with other obligations –job, other activities?
Ans: Music is our passion, love everything… So we just arrange time for everything and it’s difficult to leave music for single second.
Q: Tell us about the band future plans and upcoming releases and tours.
Ans: There is lots of blast waiting. We overcome it soon and you guys will get to know about new upcoming blasts ASAP.
Q: Best advice ever given?
Ans: Yeah, every time we use to say, May Allah keep every Muslim Safe, Blessed and Successful Here and Hereafter.
